• Refund Policy:
    If you’re unsatisfied with our products, return the unused/unopened bottles within 15 days of invoicing to get a refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Refunds for domestic orders will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

  • For Indian Customers:
    Refunds will be processed after deducting ₹150.00 or 10% of the product value (whichever is higher) from the total amount received after taxes, shipping, or payment processing fees. No refunds for damaged/unsellable returned products or failed delivery attempts.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of order confirmation or before dispatch.

    • If the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled except for quality issues. Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days for prepaid orders.
